Like a boat moored in the Bahrain bay, the project is floating and reflecting the elegant Carrara marble on the water surface which makes the space more welcoming. The project consists of three levels: a common area located on the 1st basement cladded with a white Carrara marble reflecting the nature of the white sand; the bedrooms area on the upper level characterized with a modern moucharabieh to give the typical Arabic mood and to create a microclimate atmosphere by its double skin facade overlooking the garden; and a reception areas located on the ground floor joining the two previous levels by a glass facade to grant for each level its own identity.

We have positioned ourselves as the choice for those who value quality, creativity, and distinction. The AIM4D design and supervision procedure is based in rigorous research and experimentation. We work hand-in-hand with our clients on design strategy, and involve them in all the processes of development. Unconventional typologies are imagined and tailored to the context of each project to create contemporary, high-standard architecture.
